Everything is made to order, so here is exactly what happens between you placing an order and it reaching you.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in India that our courier partners serve. Most pincodes are covered. If yours is not, we will tell you when we confirm your order and you will not be charged.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order.

When it ships

After you place an order, we message you on the number you gave to confirm it. Every cap is embroidered in Delhi and every pair of socks is knitted in Ludhiana after it is ordered, so orders are dispatched within fifteen days of that confirmation.

Once it is on its way, courier transit usually takes three to five days to metro cities and five to eight days elsewhere. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by SMS on the day your order is dispatched.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across India. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. If an order is refused at the door without a reason, we may ask for prepayment on future orders.

Delays

If anything is going to push your order past fifteen days, we tell you before it happens, and you can cancel for free at that point. If we find we cannot make your order at all, we cancel it, tell you, and refund anything you have paid in full.
