Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to deliver your order, and we do not sell it to anyone.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, city, state and PIN code, what you ordered, whether you want updates on WhatsApp, and your email if you choose to give it.
  • Your bag and saved details: what you add to your bag is saved in your own browser so it is still there if you come back. If you tick "save my details" at checkout, your delivery details are saved the same way so the form is filled in next time. Both stay on your device and nothing is sent to us until you place an order. Untick the box to remove your saved details.
  • PIN code lookup: to fill in your city and state for you, the PIN code you type is checked against India Post's public PIN code service.
  • When you visit: our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.
  • Advertising measurement: we may use tools such as the Meta Pixel to understand whether our ads bring people to the site. These tools set cookies and share limited information with the advertising platform. You can block them through your browser settings.

Why we use it

  • To confirm, make, deliver and support your order.
  • To contact you about your order, including tracking and returns, by SMS, phone, or on WhatsApp if you chose that.
  • To keep records we are required to keep by law, such as for tax.
  • To understand which of our ads work, in aggregate.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

  • Courier partners, who need your name, phone and address to deliver.
  • Service providers who run parts of our business for us: Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and Google, where order records are stored. They process it only on our behalf.
  • Authorities, only where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as we need them to deliver and support your order, and after that only for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also raise a grievance with us about how we handle it. Write to mehtaprakhar16@gmail.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
